I’ve followed Gardeners’ World for ages and I do still have a soft spot for it, so I feel a bit torn saying this. I dip in for ideas now and again, and some of the articles are genuinely nice for inspiration. But lately it hasn’t always been that useful for what’s actually happening in my garden. The seasonal advice can feel a little off, especially when I’m looking for simple guidance on winter jobs or what I can plant right now. It’s not bad by any means, and I’ll probably keep coming back because I trust the name, but it has been a bit frustrating when I just need quick, practical help

I like the site overall, and some of the tips are actually helpful, but I’m not sure the subscription is worth what they’re charging. The website kind of makes it sound like you’re getting more than you actually do, so that was a little confusing. A lot of the info feels basic or like something I could find elsewhere for free. I’d probably keep it if it was cheaper, but at the current price I’m not convinced.

They did get back to me, just not as quickly as I expected. I had a feeling I’d need to be a little patient, and my instinct was right. Overall, they responded, but the wait could’ve been better.

The plants I got were decent overall, so no major complaints there. I just didn’t feel like some of the offers were really worth the price. Maybe I’m a bit skeptical, but I’m never totally sure customer service would be that helpful if I questioned it, so I’d probably be more careful before ordering again.

I was a little suspicious at first because the advice seemed almost too simple, but I tried it in my small garden anyway. Somehow it actually worked, and my tomatoes are finally growing like they should.

I use Gardeners' World often when I need plant advice, and the information is usually really useful. The site itself is fine, but it can be a little hard to describe, sometimes the pages just feel busy, and I end up clicking around longer than I expected to find what I need. The search could definitely be better too. Overall, it’s not a bad site at all, just not the easiest or smoothest one to use.

The order itself was totally fine, no real complaints there, but the delivery was kind of hit and miss. It took longer than the estimate, which I get can happen, but the tracking barely updated so I was just sort of waiting and wondering where it was. Not a terrible experience or anything, just wish it felt a bit more reliable.
